* Please note that turnaround time begins when Print360 has received art and approved a proof. If a customer needs to be contacted to request better quality (higher resolution) art or if corrections need to be made and approved by the customer, the turnaround time will begin after artwork is complete and submitted to our presses for production. For all proofs that are approved after 4pm EST the first day for turnaround time will be considered the following business day.

What is not covered?

  • We are sure that our customers will agree that there are a few things that cannot be controlled by Print360. The following short list of items is not covered by our comprehensive guarantee policy and includes:
  • Spelling, grammar or other design mistakes made by customers in the creation of their image.
  • Poor print quality due to uploading images in resolutions less than 300dpi; or poor print quality due to uploading artwork files of low quality.
  • Loss or delay of a shipment due to problems with our shipping partners.
  • Product selection errors (paper stock, color or any other choices).
